3. Use of the Website You may use this website for personal and non-commercial use only. Unauthorised use, including modification or commercial exploitation, is prohibited.
We are not responsible for any disruption, viruses, or damage incurred through use of the website. Use of the site is at your own risk.

4. Orders & Purchases Orders placed online, by phone or invoice are subject to confirmation and availability. Goods may be in-stock or made-to-order.
- You will receive an order acknowledgement after submitting your order.
- Orders are confirmed once dispatch is arranged.
- Lead times are stated on the individual product pages. Extended lead times will be communicated.
- A 100% payment or agreed deposit is required at order placement.
- Errors in pricing may result in cancellation or adjustment of your order.
- Ex-display and special-order items are non-refundable and sold as seen.
5. Delivery Lead times for delivery are stated on each product page. Delivery charges vary and are confirmed at checkout or by invoice. We will contact you to arrange delivery. Failure to respond within 28 days may result in storage fees. Uncollected goods after 3 months may be resold.
6. Access & Installation You are responsible for ensuring access to your property is suitable. Additional charges may apply for complex deliveries or failed access.
- Furniture will only be delivered up to first floor level unless lift access is available or unless approved by us.
- Site surveys are available on request.
- Goods must be checked on delivery. Damage or defects must be reported immediately.
7. Returns & Refunds Refunds are available within 14 days for non-bespoke items in unused condition. Ex-display and made-to-order items are non-refundable.
Returns must be made at your expense unless the product is defective. Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receipt. We advise you to return goods with proof of receipt.
8. Product Descriptions We make every effort to ensure product details are accurate. As many materials are natural, variations in appearance may occur.
9. Liability We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
10. Legal Jurisdiction These terms are governed by English law. Disputes may be brought in English, Scottish or Northern Irish courts depending on your residency.
