Our delivery service is an extension of the Casa Maison experience. Every piece is handled by specialist furniture couriers, and we keep you informed from the moment you order to the moment it arrives.

UNITED KINGDOM

Complimentary delivery

Delivery is complimentary on every order to England, Wales and Scotland, including the Highlands and Islands. Depending on the piece, your order is delivered either by a one-person courier (smaller items such as lighting, artwork and accessories) or by a two-person delivery team (furniture). The delivery method for each piece is shown on its product page.

NORTHERN IRELAND

Delivery to Northern Ireland is charged by order value and shown at checkout: £45 on orders up to £499.99, £95 on orders from £500 to £1,949.99, and £125 on orders of £1,950 and over.

LEAD TIMES

The lead time for each piece is shown on its product page. Pieces sold on pre-order are dispatched within the lead time shown, and where a delivery date selector is offered you may choose your preferred date. If a lead time changes we will let you know straight away.

ARRANGING YOUR DELIVERY

Once your order is ready we will contact you to agree a convenient delivery date. Two-person deliveries are made to the room of your choice, up to first floor level unless lift access is available or we have agreed otherwise. Please check that doorways, hallways and stairwells are suitable for the piece before ordering; our team is happy to advise on dimensions and access, and site surveys are available on request.

Please inspect your delivery on arrival. Any damage should be noted on the delivery paperwork and reported to us within 48 hours, with photographs, at sayhello@kunal-trehan.com.

REST OF THE WORLD

The vast majority of our pieces are available for international delivery, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, and we regularly work with clients across Europe, the USA, the UAE and beyond. For international deliveries we take extra care to ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition, including specialist packaging materials, wooden crates and expert handlers.

International delivery is quoted individually. Use the "Delivery outside the UK: request a quote" link on any product page, or email sayhello@kunal-trehan.com with the pieces you are considering and your delivery address, and we will confirm the cost and timing before you order. International deliveries may incur local taxes and import duties, which are the recipient's responsibility on arrival of the goods in the country of delivery.

RETURNS

Our 14-day returns policy applies to all standard pieces, including pre-orders. You can request a return from your account or by email; full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
